ORDERING PROCEDURES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Leather Masters online, here is an explanation how it works and how we deal with orders:

ORDERING

When you enter our shop on the left side of the screen you'll see the different product categories which make up our online shop. Just click them to enter the next level with further subdivisions until you find the desired product.

On all product pages you'll find complete pics, descriptions and prices. Click on the button that says "Add to Basket" if you want to order that item. If other attributes (colors, sizes) are required to get the right product you will have to select that information as well. If an item is available as "made to measure" there will be an additional 20% charge and we will email you with sizing information.

Order as many products as you like. In between you can always check in your "basket" (see top row on screen) to see how many items you've ordered and what the total cost is of your order. You can also delete articles on this screen.

PAYMENT

When you are finished choosing items, go to the check-out to finalize your order and provide payment and shipping information. Then choose your shipping method. For domestic (US) orders there will be an amount. For international orders there will be a $0.0 amount and we will calculate and add the shipping to the order and notify you of the cost when the item is shipped. Also, you have to fill in the address (and delivery-address if you want to have the parcel delivered somewhere else). Once you've finalized your order Leather Masters gets an e-mail with your order and shipment details. You'll receive a copy of your order at your e-mail address as a confirmation of order.

All amounts are based on the U.S. Dollar. Leather Masters reserves the right to cancel any order and give a complete refund of any money charged.

DELIVERY and SHIPPING ESTIMATES

When the order has been placed, and we have been authorized to accept payment (pre-authorization) we then proceed with your order. Most items are mailed within 2 to 4 days, and in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days. In case goods cannot be delivered in these time frames we will notify you by e-mail with an expected delivery time giving you the chance to cancel or change your order, wait for it or to have it shipped in two parts if possible.

We ship anywhere in the World. Published shipping costs listed are for USA only. Please contact us for shipping costs out of United States. Special overnight services are available for an extra fee. UPS may charge one of the following fees, at their discression. Leather Masters has no control over these fees: fuel surcharge, residential delivery surcharge, taxes.  LEATHER MASTERS REQUIRES CUSTOMER SIGNATURE ON ALL RESIDENTIAL UPS DELVIERIES. SIGNATURE FEES MAY APPLY.

DISCREET SHIPPING POLICY

We use boxes supplied by the US Post Office or plain clean boxes. Labels will have a return address from "LM". All amounts are based on the U.S. Dollar.

CREDIT CARD PROCEDURE & STATMENT OF ANONYMITY

Important Notice: Your credit card statement will reflect your charge as "Leather Masters Dallas". Leather Masters, ships most orders via USPS priority mail 2-3 days or FED EX ground or air. There is no guarantee that you order will ship immediately upon completion, due to back ordered or out of stock items. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL SHIPMENT AND YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN 100% COMPLETED, UNLESS YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY CONTACTED BY ONE OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS FOR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. GUARANTEE OF GOODS / FAULTS AND EXCHANGES

Leather Masters guarantees the quality of all its products. Everything is checked for quality before we send it out. Should the goods arrive with a fault in materials or craftsmanship, please notify us and return it to us immediately, unused, for exchange or refund within 15 days.

Used items that would constitute a health risk cannot be returned these include toys and anything that is inserted into the body or comes in contact with bodily fluids. Leather Masters, may at it's discretion charge a 15% restocking fee for a canceled order, returned item or exchanged item.

FREE SHIPPING

All free shipping offers apply only to domestic shipments within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders over 50 lbs. For orders over 50 lbs we will charge you only for the actual shipping cost.

CUSTOMS / LAW RESTRICTIONS

We're a U.S. company trading in goods that are legal in the United States. What is legal or not varies from one country to another. Whether importing /receiving something is legal in your own country can depend on your law and customs, and on postal regulations. Leather Masters cannot be aware of the situation in your country, and is therefore not able to accept responsibility for items which are opened, lost, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities. You as customer should adhere to the laws and regulations from your own country. The customer is responsible for any legal problems concerning customs in his country; under no circumstance is Leather Masters responsible for sales and delivery of forbidden goods to the client's Country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
At our option we will charge a 15% restocking fee for returned or exchanged items.

Exchanges permitted if the original product is defective. If the item is found to be defective, the item will be exchanged for the same item you purchased. All exchanges must be returned within 15 days after the date you contact us regarding the defect in its original packaging.

All toys & novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise. Oils, lubricants and cleaning supplies items may not be exchanged.

Exchanges are permitted provided items are not worn or damaged. Clothing items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store.
